I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

I reserve the right to adjust any information on my site, as well as the price of any commission accordingly. However, I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.

I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.

I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

All communication between myself and the commissioner will be conducted and documented via EMAIL only. ( [email protected] )

Additional fee if the commission has additional characters, NSFW/pin-up, complex creatures, detailed characters & clothing, light gore/horror, revisions, props or monsters, and other creatures.

All personal information will be kept private and confidential.

Tips, gifts, journal features, retweets/reblogs, and recommendations are not required but will be highly appreciated.

I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.

I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio. I will credit you. (or not if you don't want to)

The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs.

Under no circumstances may the commissioner use the commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including AI art generators, NFT, prints, and redistribution of the commissioned image(s).

The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them and is for the commissioner's personal use only. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc.

IMPORTANT The commissioner is allowed to upload commissions I have created for them to an online gallery provided that the following name is always displayed with the commissioned work: @janigmatic

Accepting payments through Transferwise, Payoneer, Paypal, and Kofi. All commissions are available in USD (American Dollars). Payments are made via email invoice, which I will send to the commissioner once the price and details of the commission(s) have been determined.

GCASH and MAYA are available only for PHP rates and payments.

As soon as you and I agree with the commission details and price, payment is due upfront unless the balance due exceeds $100, in which case a 50% deposit is due upfront for the commission to be added to the queue, and the remaining balance before the artwork is delivered.

Please note that I will not begin a commission until payment has been confirmed.

For commissions more than $100, the commissioner is required to pay the 2nd half after the flat colors are finished. I will only finish the commission if the piece is finally paid in full. The commissioner has one week to make their 2nd payment via Kofi donations unless a payment plan has been previously discussed. Commissioners who want to set up a payment plan for large commissions may request to do so via email.

I will send you a payment request through EMAIL along with the commission breakdown.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.

Refunds may be requested at any time, but keep in mind the following points:

Commissions are non-refundable during or after the coloring stage.

If the commissioner wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will be determined by how much work has been completed.

The commissioner will receive what has been completed up until the point of refund.

Commissions will be completed in the order that I receive payment.

RUSH FEE: 50% of the final rate. This will be my priority.

COMMERCIAL FEE: 100% of the final rate. (Royalties are negotiable)

REVISION FEE: A maximum of 2 revisions are allowed during the sketching stage. Revisions beyond this point will be charged 50% - 100% of the final rate.

LATE PAYMENT FEE: Delayed payments beyond the agreed timeframe of 1 week for 2ND half of payments will be 50% - 100% of the final rate.

ADDITIONAL FEES: 50% of a final rate for commissions depicting PIN-UP/ NSFW, COMPLEX CREATURES/ MONSTERS, DETAILED CLOTHES, LIGHT GORE & HORROR, PROPS, WEAPON, and ARMOR (per character basis)

I will not accept commissions without image references (or “image inspirations” for original characters). Giving me a written description without an image reference makes it more difficult for me to complete the commission. As a result, the commissioner may not be fully satisfied with the commission. In addition, please be clear in describing what you want for your commission(s) when filling out the REQUEST FORM - the more information you provide, the fewer questions I have to ask, and the faster the process! You could also add image references via email attachments and links. Crude sketches are always appreciated.

I will only allow 2 sketch revisions. The commissioner may not request to make changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, otherwise, it will count as a redraw.

A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.

I can also take coloring commissions, I can color artwork for you. The price will depend on what lineart you'll give me and the size of the piece.

Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via Google Drive link at their original resolution with no watermark (for personal use ONLY). Finished commissions in the past 3 months will be removed from the drive to make way for new ones.*

Commission turnaround is usually 2-4 weeks upon approval of an initial sketch but also depends on the circumstance of the artist. Therefore, there is no absolute deadline unless specified by the client.

NSFW material (18+, R-rated, M-rated, etc.) Please note that I'm okay with drawing a character in skimpy clothing or portraying tasteful nudity (eg. pinups) but with an additional fee, for example, but I'm not okay with drawing a character in skimpy clothing or in the nude performing sexual acts, as that is NSFW. Keep it PG-13.
